Swarovski is committed to your satisfaction, offering a 30-day return policy for all items purchased through our online boutique, provided they are in their original, unworn condition. Please note that personalized items and pierced earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene and customization regulations.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original blue Swarovski packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 14 business days of receipt.
